Ireland day 3

We drove from Killarney to Ennis, on the way we were trying to decide if the white stuff on the side of the road was infact snow or just hail.

turns out it was hail, huge hail.

We stopped at a look out point that was at the edge of the national park and overlooked the mountains and lake, walking though the grass to the look out though was muddy, wet, slippy and just plain windy- it was freezing! but it was beautiful.

We then headed down the coast line, seeing inch beach, which is the only inch in the world which in fact is a mile long, and down though the dingle peninsula on the west coast of Ireland, we Stopped and were able to go down onto the beach, it was calm down there. no wind, sugar brown sand.

And across from the beach was a beehive like building which people way back when used to live in.

we then stopped for lunch and all had a go at straddling a famous dolphin statue- however i cannot recall why it is famous.

but we were getting hit in the face with very hard, very fast hail whilst sitting on this dolphin.
